The payment of the rent is made only by direct debit from a bank account.

• After signing the lease, the resident provides his banking information and his account is verified.
• Every 1st day of the month the rent is taken from the account
• Rent payment is free of charge and free for all bank accounts located in Canada.
• For bank accounts located outside of Canada, a fee of 3% of the rent amount will be applied
